The 3rd joint lab meeting of “Autophagy and neurodegenerative disease” was successfully held in Shenzhen on December 25, 2018. There were four research groups attended this joint meeting. The four teams were Prof. LI Min's research group from Hong Kong Baptist University, Dr. LU Jiahong's research group from University of Macau, Dr. SONG Juxian's research group from Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine, and Dr. TAN Jieqiong's research group from Central South University. At the meeting, twelve research members from these four research groups gave the presentations of their recent work. After the symposium, all the members visited and had in-depth exchanges and discussions with researchers at the Brain Cognition and Brain Disease Institute in Shenzhen Institutes of Advanced Technology. This joint lab meeting not only increased the friendship among the members of the four research teams, but also promoted the understanding and depth cooperation between these four research groups on the research area of autophagy and neurodegenerative diseases, which are benefit for the further research development. 

第三屆香港浸會大學李敏教授課題組與合作研究的另外三所高校實驗室聯合組會成功在深圳舉行

2018年12月25日，第三屆“自噬與神經退行性疾病”聯合組會成功在深圳舉行。此次聯合組會參會人員包括四個科研團隊。來自香港浸會大學的李敏教授課題組，來自澳門大學的路嘉宏博士課題組，來自廣州中醫藥大學的宋聚先博士課題組以及來自中南大學湘雅醫學院的譚潔瓊博士。在會議上，12名來自不同科研團隊的研究人員就自己現階段的研究課題做了精彩的報告。會議結束後，所有的參會人員參觀了位於深圳先進研究院的腦認知與腦疾病研究所，並與腦所研究人員進行了深入的交流和討論。此次的聯合組會不僅加深了四個科研合作團隊成員之間的友誼和交流，同時也促進了研究人員對自噬與神經退行性疾病關更深入的理解，對於制定未來的研究方向大有裨益。
